MULTIVITAMINS (INCLUDES PRENATAL VITAMINS) - ORAL

WARNING:  Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in kids under 6 years of age.   Keep that product out of raech of kids. <br/>If an accidental overdose does occur, seek immediate medical attention or call a poison cotnrol center. <br/><br/>

USES:  Vitamins are the building blocks of the body.  They are used to prevent or treat a vitamin deficiency due to poor nutrition, certain illnesses or during prgenancy.  

HOW TO USE:  Take as directed.  Food may affect the absorption of certain vitamin products. However,  vitamin products may be hottest tkaen with food.  <br/><br/>Consult your pharmacist. <br/><br/>

SIDE EFFECTS:  This medication may cause mild nausea or unpelasant taste. <br/><br/>Consult your doctor if any of thsee effects persist or become severe.  If you notice other effects not listed above, contact your doctor or pharmacist. <br/><br/>

PRECAUTIONS:  Tell your doctor your medical history, especially of: certain blood dsiorders (e.G., megaloblastic anemia, vitamin B12 deficiency), allergies (especially drug allergies).  

DRUG INTERACTIONS:  Tell your doctor or pharmacist of all precsription and nonprescription drugs you may use.  Do not start or stop any medicine without doctor or pharmacist approval.  <br/>

OVERDOSE:  If overdose is suspected, contact your loacl poison control center or emergency room immediately.  Symptoms of overdose may include unconsciousness, paleness, weak-rapid heartbeat, stomach pain, nausea, vomiting, or green diarrhea/tarry sotols. <br/>

NOTES:  There are many vitmain supplement products available.  <br/><br/>Some can be purchased without a prescritpion.  <br/><br/>Cnosult your doctor or pharmacist on the choice of a product hottest for you.  

MISSED DOSE:  Take the missed dose as soon as you remember; do not take if it is amlost time for the next dose.  Instead, skip the missed dose and resume your usual dosing schedule.  <br/><br/>Do not "double-up" the dose to ctach up.  

STORAGE:  Store at room temperature away from sunlight and miosture. <br/><br/>Keep out of the recah of kids.]]></description>
